ALL DELIVERIES MUST BE RESERVED BY 6PM THE DAY IN ADVANCE.

ALL RENTALS ARE FIRST COME FIRST SERVED SO PLAN AHEAD MAKE YOUR RESERVATIONS EARLY.
Step 1. Choose your Self Guided Tour or delivery location and reservation date(s). Note: We cannot deliver to National Forest or State Parks.
Step 2. Click the Check Availability button and complete the email information PRIOR TO 6PM THE DAY BEFORE.
Step 3. Complete a Liability Waiver in advance for each person, including minors, who will be aboard a kayak, and complete one Rental Contract for your party.
Parents must complete a Liability Waiver for each minor under 18 years old. All minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Children must be 13 or older to paddle their own kayak and must be accompanied by a parent at all times.
- One small child can sit in front of one adult as long as the total weight of persons and gear including drinks does not exceed 300lbs. Please let us know your child's weight so we can choose the correct lifevest.
Step 4. Once we have your information, dates and times worked out we will email you an invoice for your rental with a secure payment link.
Step 5. Your reservation is complete when we receive your payment and you'll receive a confirmation.
Step 6. We'll meet you at your chosen location and you're ready for your adventure!
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Kayaks are single person 10' Hoodoo 100S sit on top with comfortable frame seats.
Weight Limit is 300lbs per kayak which includes you, your gear, drinks, etc.
We supply kayaks, paddles, life jackets and launch fees for the first day. Renters are responsible for additional launch fees after the first day. Dry phone pouches, dry bags and more are available for rental.
What to bring: Shoes that can get wet, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, waterproof phone pouch, hydrating drinks, snacks or a sack lunch and weather appropriate clothing. You will get wet so quick dry UPF clothing is a great option.
Kayaks may not be on the water after legal sunset or before legal dawn hours.
FISHING: Our kayaks are premium sit on top fishing kayaks. Fishing from a kayak presents certain safety challenges and we strongly encourage anglers to take a kayak fishing safety class prior to fishing from a kayak. Click here for free online courses including angler safety. You will need a valid Texas or Louisiana fishing license to fish on Toledo Bend.
Please treat the kayak as if it were your own. Do not place bait, fish, attractant, bait containers or other odorous items inside kayak hatches - a minimum $250 cleaning fee per kayak will be charged to your card on file to remove debris and odor, up to replacement cost of the kayak. Please thoroughly wash any bait or fish slime from the deck of the kayak.
Please do not put ice into the hatch storage areas - as it melts it will fill the kayak with water.
You must be physically able to carry a 75lb kayak to the water and back without dragging it and causing damage. No blufflines, eroded banks, rocky areas, etc. Please do not drag the kayak on boat ramps or other abrasive surfaces, you will be charged for damages!
We understand things happen so please contact us if you're running late or can't make it. If we have not heard from you within 15 minutes after your scheduled launch time your reservation will be cancelled without refund.
In case of bad weather, for safety, we do not rent kayaks during flooding, thunderstorms, high winds or on weather alert days. If dangerous weather is predicted and we need to cancel your trip we will notify you as soon as the Weather Service has a firm prediction, usually 24 to 48 hours in advance, and we'll work with you to reschedule your trip. If we can't reschedule, you'll receive a full refund to the credit card used for payment. While kayaks are in your possession, please use your discretion and be weather aware. If a pop-up storm should occur go to the nearest bank, pull kayaks on shore, seek any available shelter and wait it out.

Patroon Bayou Paddle Trail (Holly Park Marina)
Launch from Holly Park Marina, the trailhead for the TPW Patroon Bayou Paddle Trail. This area offers two scenic options: a 2‑mile loop and an 8‑mile loop, both perfect for soaking in quiet water and wildlife.
Holly Park provides:
- Clean, comfortable lodging
- Breakfast and lunch at the Holly Park Grill
- A fully stocked convenience store with cold drinks, ice, snacks, and essentials
Self‑Guided Tours launch and return past the boat ramps across Hwy 276 from Holly Park Store.

A peaceful hideaway with calm waters and beautiful shorelines, the Lost Frontier Paddling Trail is ideal for beginners and families. The trail runs a little over 5.3 miles and is a great place to spot wading and shore birds.

- One of Sabine County’s best restaurants and bars
- Lodging available on site
Self‑Guided Tours launch and return at Lost Frontier Resort, at or just left of the boat ramp.

Upper Palo Gaucho Paddle Trail
Launching from Sandals & Spurs, this 9‑mile trail winds deep into a classic bayou environment. At higher lake levels, paddlers can explore even farther into the backwaters.
On‑site amenities include:

If you’re looking for a true bayou experience, this is the one.

Outer Palo Gaucho Paddle Trail
Also launching from Sandals & Spurs, this 11‑mile trail leads out toward open water and the main lake. Conditions can become rough on windy days, and paddlers should use caution and avoid boat lanes.

We deliver up to 4 kayaks to lakeside locations across Texas and Louisiana within 35 miles of our shop. It’s a perfect option for vacations, family reunions, and weekend getaways.
- 2‑day minimum rental
- No delivery to National Forests or State Parks
- For those locations, if you’ve got a truck, our Kayak Pick‑Up option is the way to go
We handle the hauling so you can focus on the fun.
Due to the distance, this location requires a 2-day rental and is geared towards those enjoying the camping and cabin amenities. San Miguel Bayou offers superb fishing for both Largemouth Bass and Crappie. It is also packed with wildlife including Osprey, Bald Eagle, many wading and shorebirds, otter, fox, alligator and more. It is the historic home of the Choctaw/Apache tribe and many activities and festivals are held in nearby Zwolle. The area is also famous for the Neutral Strip that existed in the early 1800's, also known as "No Man's Land".
